“I recently got the Creative Micro Flower Press, and it’s beautifully made.

This is a wonderful mini flower press you can carry to find small flowers during a Mindful walk

Forest bathing proved to be one of our most popular offerings this past season. Guests thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful, immersive experience of connecting with nature through their senses. The practice of simply being present in a natural setting has been shown to reduce stress and promote overall wellbeing.
Wildflower journaling was another hit, allowing participants to slow down and closely observe the vibrant blooms around them. By sketching or writing about the delicate flowers, guests tapped into their creativity while deepening their appreciation for the natural world. This mindful activity complemented the restorative effects of forest bathing nicely.
Given the overwhelmingly positive feedback, we're excited to expand both of these nature-inspired resources for the summer months ahead. With longer days and warmer weather, there will be even more opportunities for our community to recharge and find inspiration in the great outdoors.
